Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to any paid access, subscriptions, or one-time purchases made through Desiato's Recipes apps (Easy Dinner Recipes, Healthy Recipes, Dessert Recipes, and Air Fryer Recipes) once such paid features become available.

1. 14-day guarantee

If you're not satisfied with a paid purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase or of your most recent subscription charge, no questions asked.

2. How to request a refund

Email gustavoalvesdelima11@gmail.com with the email address used for your purchase and, if available, your order or receipt number. We'll confirm receipt of your request within 1–2 business days.

3. Processing time

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

4. Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time to stop future charges. Cancelling does not automatically refund past charges outside the 14-day window described above.

5. Requests after 14 days

Refund requests made after the 14-day window will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Contact us and we'll do our best to help.
