We sell digital products: recipe guides on ingredients and jar cake business topics, along with class materials, delivered through our online Member Area. Each product's name, description, and price are listed on the Products page. No physical items are shipped.

3. Orders and delivery

After your payment is confirmed, we email you a link to our online Member Area, where you log in with your email address and open your product. The email is sent to the address you entered at checkout. You are responsible for entering a correct email address and for checking your spam folder. If you don't receive your access email, contact us at gustavoalvesdelima11@gmail.com and we will help you get access.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and are shown before you pay. Payments are made by card and processed by Stripe; we do not store your full card number. Charges appear on your card statement as PROTOCOL.

5. Recurring billing and cancellation

Most products are one-time purchases. If an offer is billed on a recurring basis, the price and billing interval are shown at checkout, and your card is charged again at each renewal until you cancel. To cancel, email gustavoalvesdelima11@gmail.com before the next renewal date and no further charges will be made.

6. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which includes a 14-day money-back guarantee.

7. License

When you buy a product you receive a personal, non-transferable license to view and use the content for your own purposes. The license covers the content itself; it does not allow you to resell, redistribute, publish, or share the content or your access link.
